If you require a password reset in order to access SharePoint or if you have any other requests related to accessing the Appen SharePoint sites, please Submit a Ticket to the SharePoint Help department and include the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your provided Username (email address) and Password
  3. The exact URL you're attempting to access
  4. Screenshots or copies of any error you are seeing

NOTE: Tech Support hours are between 8:00AM PST and 6:00PM PST, if your request comes in outside of these hours, we will respond within the next business day.
